I love the guys at Blackline! They are always very professional and courteous. You can tell they have a real passion—not only for what they do—but also for making sure they truly help their clients and give them the best deal possible. I needed a full engine replacement, and it was complete a whole week ahead of schedule! I can confidently say that I’ll be back for any future needs!

I needed my car heater repaired and didn't know where to take it. I came across Blackline Auto on the internet and decided to try them after reading reviews. They were very helpful and friendly. Boris took time to explain everything to me. I was very happy with their work and have already recommended them to others. They didn't try to talk me into doing other work. I found them to be honest and professional. And we all know what a rarity that is!!

This was my first but not last time to use Blackline Auto. There’s nothing at all that I have to say bad about the company nor the repairs done on my 2010 Audi Q5 3.2. I was very pleased and plan to use them again in the future as needed. Employee BORIS…..is very professional, knowledge and awesome at customer service. (10 out 10 they get a 10…👍🏾)

I have been going to Blackline Auto Care for 4 years plus and have never been to a better shop then them. Ramiro and Alonzo are seriously the most knowledgeable and experienced mechanics that I have ever met and I have worked at many dealerships in the past 20 years. They aren’t part changers like most claim mechanics, they will diagnose the real problem and give you options on ways to repair it the correct way and part. In short; Blackline a five star (family brother operation) I have done all auto repair on my Vehicles for two yrs+ small to major repairs just a few; electronics, fuel system, "AC – after repaired coldest it's ever been" most recent MAJOR New Transmission ALL Complete success & satisfaction. (important to me the HIGH standards the brothers keeping your car CLEAN while doing there repair work) leaves same condition as when you dropped it off. IMPRESSIVE!

I can’t remember the guys name that is at the desk. But he’s very understanding. I took my 2010 Malibu in because of a misfire but had no check engine light on as I have a OBD II reader in my car. They found a second misfire and a small oil leak. I was only able to get the misfire done not the oil leak. But will be in next month to get the leak done. I have lived in the area a year and wish I would have found them sooner. I’m hoping this is the last shop I have to use for my car. I’m a woman and feel because if that I get screwed over. But with Blackline I didn’t feel that way. Thank

I contacted Blackline Auto for a quote on a front wheel bearing and hub assembly replacement. I spoke to Ramiro and the labor cost he quoted was reasonable compared to other places I had called. I happened to have my own part, I just needed install and labor. He offered to save me a little bit of money using a similar part they had in stock since they can purchase these things at cost. I decided to use my own part anyway, but points already for going above and beyond what needed to be done.
I brought my car in same day, later that afternoon. The work took about 1.5 hours and my vehicle was back

This mechanics shop is the best shop in the metroplex. The techs there are incredibly knowledgeable and work incredibly fast! I feel so comfortable with them because they take the time to explain what's going on with my car in terms I can understand, and I know their quality of work is superior. I recommend every person I know to get work done on their car here. From a simple oil change to AC repair all the way up to rebuilding an engine. The other awesome thing is their prices are unbeatable! Do yourself a favor and call these guys with any questions you may have or concerns about your car
