Established in 2001, First Impressions Landscaping's beginnings were a small neighborhood yard maintenance company serving Salem, Oregon. Started by husband and wife team, Matt and Tracie Stewart, over the years it has grown in size, scope of services offered and geographic areas of service in order to meet the growing needs of our customers.

Calls go straight to voicemail and then you have to wait until someone calls you back, which sometimes isn't until the next day. They did not come to spray the weeds when I was told they would, so I had to try to reach them and find out what was going on. Not only had to call them myself because there was no communication, but come to find out right before they were supposed to come out that they were now pushing us back 2 weeks causing us to have to reschedule other things we had planned.

Bryan Tennant came out to our home, asked pertinent questions to get a good idea of what we were looking for. He had great suggestions to help us create a beautiful backyard. Once we accepted his very reasonable quote, he and his crew came out within the week and in two days installed a 4 zone sprinkler system, created planters with decorative mounds and laid sod. Bryan and his crew were professional, friendly, and informative throughout. Thank You Landscapes NW :)
