I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist and my practice is focused on the concept that every aspect of a person; body, mind and spirit can benefit from receiving massage therapy. My goal as a Licensed Massage Therapist is to treat every individual according to their specific needs. Each of my sessions are customized to meet those needs by integrating various modalities of massage.

My skills allow me to assist those people who have sport injuries, offer relief to people who have health conditions, in addition to providing clients with relaxation after a hard day's work. I am dedicated to my personal growth and continuing education as a massage therapist and to working together with my clients to promote their education and participation in this powerful self-healing process.

I've had many massages in my life -- this one was BY FAR the best I've received. First, it was incredibly easy to see Alex's availability and book directly online, which I loved since I booked super last minute. During the massage, she used multiple hot towels and aromatherapy (for free) which was such an added bonus to a massage. She accepts Venmo, offers discounts, and is genuine in her practice.
I hope to be back in the area to visit Alex again!

Definitely recommend massage with Alex! She’s so good at relieving the tension in my neck and upper back after long hours at work. I’ve been going to her for about 8 months and It’s been great for my back health!

Alex is fantastic. I initially saw her for a prenatal massage, and loved it so much that I try to see her every month postpartum. Her massages are the perfect balance of pressure and I always leave feeling 100%. She’s easy to communicate with and her space is so tranquil (plus, parking is convenient). She is definitely the best in the area.

Alex is an absolutely wonderful massage therapist. She's been great at really addressing my tighter muscle areas as well as an overall relaxing experience, her space is very welcoming and peaceful. Highly recommend!

I received an amazingly relaxing massage from Alex. I explained to her the tightness I was experiencing. She used her expertise to combine Swedish and deep tissue massages to give me a truly memorable massage. I will definitely be scheduling future massages!!!
