I've done business with other insurance agencies and I'm proud to say I don't have to anymore. Jake from state farm hooked me up and made sure I was taken care of. Jake got me the best rate for my new car but, regardless of the rate, I'm very happy with the service Jake, and this agency provided. Jake went above and beyond to help me, while being transparent and honest the entire time. Jake genuinely wanted to help and that was apparent. There's a relief of not having to go anywhere else for insurance needs, I know I'll come to Leonard Crosby and get taken care of. Good people here.

Had such a great experience with Jake from state farm. More people should have the customer service that I experienced with everyone from this building. They were all very professional everytime and Jake is so accommodating. Especially with me being a mom of 2, it's nice when people understand that life is crazy.
