UPDATE TO OWNERS RESPONSE: I was quoted $88.49 with tax for my rug. Your person who was rude wrote out a bill for nearly $200. So let’s just say it was a 100% price increase for argument’s sake... still not really a good business practice. And, I won’t bother with pettiness of what time I called you. Your person was not on time . Early is not always a positive. The fact that your driver left instead of waiting until the time scheduled is lack of punctuality.

They picked up 2 oriental rugs to have cleaned, I read my copy and saw that they said that the stains may not come out. They were not anywhere near bad stains. I called them to stop the process and the guy said that they already started cleaning them and didn’t check to see if so. Was I the only one that had rugs in that week to be cleaned? How did he know that it was mine? Suspicious to me! But delivered my rugs back to me and doesn’t look like no kind water/cleaners came anywhere near my rugs.
