I purchased this $30,000 solar system for my house in 2017. When I purchased it I was told I either will not have an electric bill or it would range about $40 a month. As I write this review I've been calling this company for four years straight... You read that correctly! Just recently a woman named Lourdes reached out to me and was of zero help. I was then told by The same woman on that phone call that she would speak to the owners and someone would be in touch with me. That was on October 12 I still have not Heard a word from these people. Unfortunately my next step is to report them to

Please read Joey S. 's review . Mine is much the same . If you use this company and have no issues consider yourself lucky because if you do have an issue they are the worst at customer service. I have been hung up on three times from office staff and twice being from the operations manager(Fred). This operations manager went as far as accusing me of making things up as far as issues. I had monthly bills in the winter months last year and just got lied too and no resolve . Like Joey S i got the loan company involved and still got the run around. I finally got the state license board involved

It has been one year and my system is not working correctly and my roof is leaking. Many calls to have them fix the problems only to be told to contact their sub-contractor to make repairs (the sub-contractor had quit working for them). We told them we did not hire them not our problem with the sub-contractor please send someone the fix the solar panel. Our electricity in the house cut off when we use our outlets on one side of the house and when we use our microwave oven and our battery for the solar is not working. They continue to tell us that they have to find techs to come out. Ten months

Be careful when getting your solar panels from this company they quoted me with my solar panels and I’m not going to lie it was pretty cheap but ones I went with a friend of mine that works doing these installations he told me the size of the solar panels was only going to cover like a third part of what we annually spend so I started looking at the contract and we spend 16000 kw a year and the size of the panels where just going to make 5000kw a year so I tried to contact them and no body could answer the question so I had to reach out to loan pal directly and cancel the loan

Your customer service is horrible.. You installed my system over 18 months ago. I didn't realize that my bill is was increasing . I had the power company come out and they told me that the system was not turned on . I tried to call your company and no return calls. I had to call the finance company to help.
They finally had my son program the system. On top of that the people that I referred went thru the same thing..
Now i am going to take you to court.
If anyone is reading this don't install a solar system with this company
