I lived across country when I purchased my home here in Savannah. 1 immediate thing that needed addressed was repairing the roof. I had been in contact with Mike, via text mostly, before I even moved. I had hoped for an estimate prior to arriving but they didn't come over to perform that until afterwards. For weeks I pushed trying to get a start date with little to no communication. Then I gave up, I began looking for another company. The day after I started the search over my insurance company said they were going to drop me because of the roof... I contacted them and explained the piss poor customer
