I have been going to Kim's for many years. The cleaning services are excellent but it is at alterations that they really excell. Kim is extremely gifted at alterations, and has a real "eye" for how a garment should fit. Any garment looks better when she is involved. She is also extraordinarily nice and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended!

DO NOT GET YOUR DRY CLEANING DONE HERE. If you do, ALWAYS inspect your items before accepting them! I had a pair of white Adrienne Vittadini pants cleaned here, and they were STILL stained in several places. The owner didn't say anything to me about them them not coming out and they look as if they weren't cleaned at all. Would not recommend this place.

Excellent experience. Someone gave me an older leather jacket from their house that is full of animals. Smelled like cat litter... all sorts of animal stinks! I gave it them to clean it, the works. I came back a week and half later to find they did nothing to it because they realized that the jacket would be completely different after they cleaned it... losing its vintage look. Very thoughtful! I took it back after the owner explained this and was charged nothing. Though, most of the stink was gone... thank god! Much better then it would have been sitting in my stuffy little apartment room.
