Looking to depart with landlordship, my wife and I decided to sell our duplex and purchase a single family house just for ourselves. It was a difficult process due to presently having tenants and being a whacky market. Gregg Cogswell and Don Shaia worked seemingly non stop for us, answering panicked phone calls from us even on Sunday nights. After going through 2020, I decided it was time to move back home and be closer to family and friends. This was my first home purchase and Diane Carroll at the Washington Agency was phenomenal.
