Hiring David Cortes turned out to be the most stressful 5 months of my life. I bought my house in late January and David didn't start working on it more than 3 weeks after he promised he would start. He lied so many times it was unreal. He nearly doubled the cost of a master bathroom after he had already removed a wall and moved some plumbing around. I've spent more than 3k making repairs for the work he did. I've got pictures to prove the type of imcompetent work that was being done. I'm so glad I was able to pay him off and hire a new contractor. He put a lien on the house
