I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and founder of Montgomery County Sports Massage. My mission is pretty simple: MAKE IT EASIER FOR ATHLETES OF ALL LEVELS TO STAY ACTIVE. I have been a massage therapist since 2018 and a fitness enthusiast for many years. I am passionate about keeping people active and fit through every stage of their lives.
I accept payment by cash or major credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), including HSA and FSA cards. The application of pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue in order to release tension and promote blood flow. The application of medical-grade suction cups over painful areas in order to promote blood flow and reduce pain and inflammation.
I am 100% committed to your satisfaction. Please read each policy to ensure that you have a GREAT experience with me. 1. If I am not able to make a scheduled appointment, I agree to cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 24 hours in advance. I agree to pay $50 or 50% of the session rate (whichever is greater) if I give less than 24 hours notice.

I’m a personal trainer and triathlete...over the past 20 years I have received many massages to help me throughout my training and recovery. Grace at Montgomery county massage is among the best!! It’s easy to schedule an appointment with her and her place is very inviting and comfortable. What I love about Grace is that she works with you as a client, asking questions and determining how to best address your needs and concerns. She is very knowledgeable and does check insthroughout the massage to make sure everything is ok. She uses essential oils and hot towels to make your experience
