Cole and his team are brining in out of state money, with out of state values. The left and right might not agree on most things in Montana, but there's one thing we do agree on: we don't need rich out of state bros buying property and taking the proceeds back out of state, ignoring the locals, and being jerks about it in the meantime. Do not work with Cole. Do not work with people who don't care about what the locals want.

Because I was buying out of state, I was lied to and quality of the communication was VERY poor (only tell you what I want you to hear). Was told the place was left clean and garbage was left and there was a missing vent. My impession is "only making the deal mattered". I will NOT use this agency again- boarders on unethical

My wife and I needed to find a house in a very short period of time. Our family was expanding and we needed the extra space as soon as possible. Cole was extremely pleasant to work with. This was my first time buying a home and he made the process quite smooth. His knowledge of the area (which places are highly sought after, what will sell quickly, what will unlikely be able to negotiate, what places will have a better resale value down the road) was hugely beneficial in streamlining the process. He was also very flexible as far as my schedule was concerned to look at houses. Cole was realistic, honest, trustworthy, never pushy and extremely knowledgeable!

Cole was absolutely amazing for us. Our house was on the market with a different realtor for well over a year with no offers. Cole took a look at what we had been doing, updated all our photos to top notch ones and made a great game plan for us when we changed over to him. House was sold within 30 days. Cole followed up with all our requests and answered all of our questions. I could not be happier and am thrilled we chose Cole and Sotheby's.

Cole was very responsive and had a quick turnaround time to anything we needed. Being first-time buyers, there are many unknowns in the process, and Cole ensured we were on track to a successful purchase. His negotiation skills are outstanding! His presentation of comps and ability to justify an offer saved us a hefty amount of $ off the purchase price and off the closing costs. I would recommend Cole to anyone looking to buy a home. 5 star realtor.
