When a owner asks to have their animal sedated bc theyre sensitive to have the area looked at and instead you come in with a muzzle that's a No No...After which instead of sedated them when you come back into the room with the shot, all you do is keep tightening the muzzle sending the dog into a bigger panic mood and having them constantly cry out in pain and STILL NOT SEDATING THEM
OH BUT NO....

Our cat had a litter of kittens and wasn't doing well. We weren't established patients, but we needed help. I showed up with momma and babies in toe on morning asking if they could please help me. The ladies took m right back, looked our our cat and her babies. They determined she needed emergency surgery, and even though they were quite booked up, they took our Lilly and saved her life. I am so grateful for this clinic.
