Richard is an attorney that brings a unique combination of skills and capabilities to the table. He is a true expert when it comes to estate law but also possesses the ability to explain the details and complexities of those laws in clear, coherent way. Loraine’s firm did both my estate plan and my Dad’s back in the day, and we were very satisfied with that work. But she really showed her skills and experience when my Dad passed away and she guided me through my responsibilities as executor. She spent a lot of time helping me understand what needed to be done overall. I should have written this review last year, but life is busy and hectic.
I reached out to Loraine in May 2020 because I was having major surgery mid-July. I was concerned about being able to find someone to do my estate planning on such late notice, but I did not want to have a risky surgery without a will and advance directive for healthcare in place. Despite being very busy, Loraine responded to my request for help with my estate immediately, and worked hard and efficiently to have my documents written and signed before my surgery.

When my wife and I decided to update our wills Morgan & DiSalvo was one of the firms recommended to us by our financial advisor.
