These people lost the last sheet of our Power of Attorney document, thereby nullifying the entire thing. They also lied about taking the document apart. An email they sent proves this. They never took responsibility, and since my mom can no longer sign documents, we had no choice but to file as her Conservator. Thousands of dollars down the drain, and now consistent harassment from the Commissioner of Accounts.

In August 2017, my wife and her friend were involved in a head on collision with a drunk driver driving the wrong way on the interstate at over 90mph. Thankfully, they both survived however, the other driver did not.

We had a renter who was taking advantage of our kindness during the pandemic and lied to us about not being able to pay rent and about sending us payment. The renter was going to continue to play us, using the legal system so we called Tavss Fletcher. I contacted Mr. Fletcher because my daughter was sexually assaulted and I wanted her to have representation when we made our police report. I wanted to do this because when I was sexually assaulted and made a police report the police left me more damaged then the actual assault and I didn't want that to happen to my daughter and I was willing to pay to make sure she wasn't re-victimized. What I got was told that the school wasn't liable and if the boy who committed the assault didn't have any money then it would be a waste of time to pursue civil case. I was not trying to sue
