Part estimates will be provided and must be approved prior to ordering or installation of parts required or recommended for replacement. All Hourly repairs receive a 45-Day All-Labor Warranty for the area specific to the repair.
The AllTech Total Call Procedure utilizes a 16-Point Process specifically designed to increase the longevity of you current print fleet investment in addition to extending the life of your Fuser units, Pick-Up rollers and Transfer assemblies.Hourly: Warranties for equipment that are charged an hourly Fee are provided for the symptom & parts replaced during the repair for the above mentioned warranty periods.

Was in the market for a new printer and Steve and the crew at All Tech were great. Was able to get a new HP printer on the same day and Steve was great at educating me on true cost of ownership which was important to me. He explained by buying a cheaper machine you end up paying more per page to print and it cost more over the long run for ownership/operation. By investing just a little more you save more money over the long run and over all have a better performing machine. I have had my HP printer for over 6 months now and am very happy with it and the service from AllTech.

Great overall experience! The staff was knowledgeable, caring and most of all friendly. They uncovered what was most important to me and knew exactly what direction to point me in. Anytime I need my toner replaced I immediately call AllTech! They are immediately responsive and deliver my toners within a few days. The staff is courteous and attentive. It's so much easier and less expensive than going to staples or somewhere else. They're much more than just copy repair and service. I highly recommend them!

Unless you want continual no shows, we are talking no call .... nothing... x2 . Oh we had a tech out sick for three days sorry, Then to end it with a " sorry if you have to call another company I understand" , then do not choose these guys. Might be good techs, but you cant depend on them... I would know ,...since they I cant get them to show on the day they said they would, Show up next few days at random? Maybe.

Why should you do business with AllTech Imaging Technologies? Because they will be there for you when you need them. I am completely satisfied with their service; they delivered as promised, and on Xmas eve when you would be lucky to get anybody on the phone.
