Jason was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and graduated from the State University of New York in Binghamton, New York. Jason T. Schneider is the managing partner of Schneider Hammers.
After graduating from Emory Law School in 1984, he began his legal career working in large Atlanta law firms representing insurance companies in motor vehicle accident claims, grocery stores in premises liability claims, and pharmaceutical manufacturers in defective drug claims.Having worked on the other side of the courtroom, Jason can now use this experience to represent those injured by the negligence of others.

Molly is originally from Orlando, Florida. She graduated from Florida State University in 2011 with a bachelor's degree in Psychology. She went back to Florida State for her Juris Doctor and graduated cum laude from the College of Law in 2017. While in law school, Molly spent a semester studying at Oxford University in England and interning for the Atlanta Legal Aid Society.
Robert M. Hammers, Jr. is the co-founding partner of Schneider Hammers. He was born in Charlotte, North Carolina and grew up in Woodstock, Georgia. Prior to earning his Juris Doctorate from Florida State University College of Law, Robert graduated from the University of Georgia with his Bachelor of Arts in History.

I was really hoping to have a good experience with this firm. I can truly say that I feel like just a number in a sea of clients. No personal attention at all. I called to speak to Attorney Schneider and left a message to discuss concerns about how my case was going and did not even get the courtesy of an acknowledgement. My case was not handled by him but by a Para Legal who was willing to settle my case with the insurance company for less than a fourth of the demand amount. No fight at all for my case. I am waiting to see how this will play out but I don't have a good feeling at all and
