I had such a pleasant shopping experience at Hocott’s today. I was in the Mood for ferns, Tropical plants. They had an abundance of them when other nurseries were limited. The service was exceptional, Sara in particular and her trainee. Becoming my favorite nursery.

Amazing customer service! Had a horrible experience at the store on Cantrell where they were extremely rude so I came here and they were very attentive and helpful finding a very rare plant for a customer of mine.

Just visited this place. They have good selection, fair price for most, and cute layout but the customer service was extremely foul. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Better attendants would do wonders for this place.

I cannot say enough good things about my visit! I love the unique atmosphere and the variety of plants. Each member of staff I encountered was very knowledgeable and so friendly! This place is awesome. It's pretty big (you will find all you need here) and I went there fearful that without having a base knowledge of plant care, I'd be in over my head and unable to communicate my needs (much less understand any advice). Right away I was put at ease, they are friendly (not pushy) and know their stuff well. I felt so comfortable (significant because I have social anxiety) that I asked other questions I had about plant care. They have a huge inventory of anything you could want or need and they know where it is. The prices are very reasonable (I'm not prone to spend money on
