The shop was recommended to me as I try to avoid Mercedes dealerships. I knew the exact tires I wanted and visitedThe young lady at the front desk was very responsible and professional emailing a detailed price.. quote for 4 newi tires. I made an appointment and brought the car in with an appointment and she promptly had my car in for the installation while I waited. I grabbed a bite to eat and within 20 minutes the car was ready. All the service people were friendly and very professional. The car will need maintenance in few weeks, brake fluid, oil change etc soon and. I certainly will return

I am SO HAPPY to have a found an knowledgeable, honest, and affordable auto repair shop! Referred by a friend, we first took my daughter's Jeep Liberty in for repairs and an a/c inspection. They completed the repairs and recharged her a/c without any pressure of completing the a/c repair until we could afford to do so. I then took my Ford Explorer in for a second opinion after years of high prices and poor customer service from the Ford dealership. My needed repair was confirmed by Dave. I love taking my vehicles to Jordan's Automotive because I appreciate their professional and honest service. I recently went in for my routine oil change and to diagnose a vibration. I assumed it was an alignment issue, but found out that my rear tires needed to be replaced. They quoted me for two new tires and, true to their honesty and integrity, encouraged me to get other quotes as they don't stock tires and likely wouldn't be the best on price. That advise saved me money but cost them the sale. I trust David implicitly as they always have my best interest at heart - I will certainly continue

I brought my 2012 GMC Acadia to Jordan’s Automotive because my air conditioning was not working at all. They did a thorough review of the car and gave me a quote to replace my ac unit letting me know that if certain things did not have to be replaced they would communicate the exact problem and costs. I was pleasantly surprised that it was not a total loss and only needed one part! It could have cost me 1500 the actual was repair was a fraction only 400.00! What was even better was they checked everything else in the car! There were a few other items that they were able to repair and my 100,000

Honest, hardworking people. Family owned shop with the old, honest mindset. After being quoted well more for a part at another place, took my truck here and they repaired it and did an oil change for far less. Sue (Mom and Receptionist/do all things) was FANTASTIC and so very sweet to my little one as I had to wait for my truck. Thank you to them. They have a customer for life.
