Taft Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof. We had some pretty bad hail damage from a storm, and our entire roof needed to be re-shingled. From first engagement on the estimate to the final cleanup, these guys were uber professional and friendly. They provided us with a shingle sample book that helped us pic out our color and explained the entire process. They came in with a very competitive price, compared to other roofing companies. They did a fantastic job on the roof, and took care to cover our bushes and yard to protect from falling debris. Afterward, they cleaned everything up perfectly

They absolutely ruined my 80 year old grandmother’s roof without her knowledge. She was extremely upset and was not able to get in contact with them for weeks because they never responded to any phone calls. They completely ruined her roof, which is the opposite of what they were paid to do.

I hired them to fix a leaking porch roof. They weren't the cheapest bid, but I wish I had checked the reviews first. They replaced my porch roof and some siding. It still leaked. They sent a guy back with nailed down the flashing (even I doubted that was the problem). It still leaked. The owner came - Mark Hoskins - and he found a problem with the installation. Next big rain, still leaking. Bottom line, don't put yourself through this. Heed the warning. Save your money. Hoskins offered my money back if I wasn't satisfied. I'm still leaking, I'm not satisfied

I had a roof replaced by Taft in the summer of 2016. The work was completed on-time and I am satisfied with the quality. It is now Fall/Winter of 2016 and I am trying to resolve a simple problem with the soffit on a dormer window. Repeated calls to Taft have been unanswered and not returned. This should be a simple fix. I am wondering what will happen if I have larger issues down the road.
