I never like to give bad reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others that this business is a rip-off and a bad experience from start to finish with no results. I contacted them to have a small chair from West Elm cleaned from a guest who left a fairly strong smell of smoke on it. They promised to get the smell out and come over the next day. Their price was a bit higher but I was pressed for time as I was leaving in 2 days for an extended trip. Once finished, they left the floor and wall soaked with chemicals. I thought this was odd, but I never had this done before. Also, the price became higher
