I had a very bad experience with Kevin on the rental home. I have never worked with him as a real estate agent, but based on how he handled a rental property, I wouldn't recommend him to anyone who wants a sincere and professional agent. When I asked for update and followed up, he never responded. It's a small world, so if I were him, I will always be professional even if it's a rental. It shows his true professionalism.
