This law firm was the most unprofessional I have dealt with in my life. They would call me the day of court at 7 am and tell me we have to go to court today. They cost me thousands of dollars on excess fees because they were unable to communicate effectively with their client. They are still trying to bill me for scheduling 3 separate court dates with a tenant that moved out months prior.

Bruce Gudin was as thorough and efficient as he could be, especially in such a nontraditional setting. We spoke through emails and phone, yet he completely understood my concerns and questions, providing me exactly what I needed to know about my rights as a tenant and that my lease is indeed binding despite my landlord being a flip company that considers me nothing more than a barnacle to them that faithfully pays the rent on time and in full every month via certified mail. You only get one chance to make a first impression, so thank you, Bruce!

I was referred to Bruce Gudin from my closing attorney so as to consult regarding taking possession of a property with or without tenants. Just got off the phone for a simple request. Receptionist that answered was unprofessional SMH. "Christine speaking". "Do you do business law?" "What kind of business law? (In the most nastiest voice)". " I am seeking help for a start-up business". "Well you have to leave a message for them and see what they say". "Okay, do I leave my message with you?" "No, hold up a minute". I just hung up because she obviously had an attitude a do woke feeling good and don't need that negative energy today. It's too many lawyers
