They filed my business taxes late, so I got a fine and notice of lien from the IRS. A couple months later, I find out from the IRS that they also never filed my personal taxes. They told me they would take care of it, but never did. I had to call and deal with the IRS myself to get both my business and personal tax filings straightened out.
