I went in to get a root canal and ended up having two. The root canals were a success, but by the time I got home and the numbing medicine wore off I was in so much pain from teeth that were never bothering me! The dentist closed at 2pm that day so I had to go the whole weekend in pain! Very frustrating. The staff and doctor was very great and had great bed side manners.

Very professional!! When I arrived I was nervous. When I was a child the dentist did not make sure I was numb enough before the start of the procedure. As a result I was really anxious, because it had been many years since I had been to the dentist. They made due everything went well for me. Thank you so much!!

My over all experience has been great. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, they treat you like one of their own, always pick the conversation up the next time they see you, the work on my teeth has been on point. Very professional.
Down fall is, they have a lot of patients and sometimes waiting can be almost an hour after the scheduled appointment time.

It took me 3 total visits to get an extraction for one tooth. Then when the hygienist went to numb me she was talking the whole time about her personal life not paying attention to what she was doing and was rather rough. I ended up not being numb enough and the dentist gave me additional medicine. Then she drilled into my tooth and I could feel it. It was horrible. I told her I was in pain and she said well this is as much as we can numb you so you'll have to find an oral surgeon. I left in tears. Not to mention I spent and hour in the waiting room for my scheduled appointment.

I came in for a cleaning after more time than I want to admit. I was dreading the experience, not only of the scraping and picking on sensitive gums, but also of being berated for neglecting dental hygiene. Melissa, however, was friendly, encouraging, and, incredibly, she cleaned tartar deposits off my teeth quickly and painlessly without anesthesia. She told me to be sure to come in every six months hereafter -- and I will, gladly, even with enthusiasm. Everyone here was phenomenal. My husband and I staggered our own cleanings with the kids’ appointments. They weren’t quite finished with my husband’s when they needed to start mine, so one of the ladies who worked there offered to hold my 6 month old until my husband was finished. Everyone from the front desk staff to the hygienists were extremely professional, helpful, and kind. It was our kids’ first time having cleanings, but everyone there put them at ease and made it a wonderful experience.
