Bonn Roof Care came out to do an annual maintenance and cleaning of our office building. They were professional, courteous, timely, and followed up with a phone call to make sure everything had been done to our needs. I highly recommend them!

After the recent ice storm dropped a tree limb on my roof I called Bonn Roof Care for an estimate. I was thrilled with the price and contracted for the job. They showed up right on time yesterday and fixed the problem in no time. The roof looks perfect and you can't tell where the repair was done.

I called for a estimate & I'm still waiting. It's been over two weeks. I was working with Amy, who was very polite on the phone but the women who I spoke to after that were rude. I will take my business & money somewhere else. I called another roofer, he came out the next day and provided me with an Estimate.. Very frustrating experience.

Super awesome company and team! Always very responsive, keeps me up to date on my maintenance schedule and was very forgiving with me when I missed timing due to the craziness of 2020. I was gone when they came out to clean the roof but my wife was home and called me to make sure I know how impressed she was! We have 2 young kids who were napping but they were very quiet so as not to disturb my kids, they cleaned up after themselves very well, and even moved our trash can out from behind their truck so it could still be picked up and wouldn't be blocked - all without being asked. My mom needed to have her roof cared for and invited Bonn out for an estimate. They gave a very thorough estimate that explained the work they were going to do in detail and was within the price range we expected.
Two young men came out and did the work. They were kind and respectful to my elderly mom, did a through job and left the yard sparkling clean with no debris. Very happy with their service.

Called to get an estimate for two specific needs and after making an appointment I mentioned I was in the process of selling my home and these repairs were listed on the home inspection report. Bonn asked that I email them the entire report. I said I would email them the information that pertained to the roof only and they said that was not good enough. I gave detailed information on what I needed an estimate for and they kept calling and saying they wanted the entire report. These were two minor repairs so I decided not to do business with them. Two other companies came out and had no problem
