Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
What a sleazy and dishonest company. "Repaired" my garbage disposal by replacing the unit. 90 days later, the disposal stops working, and the guy explains that he doesn't stand by his labor and won't cover the repairs. Very rude and aggressive. Don't use, other more reputable companies exist.

While the technician was great- we were misquoted by the company before arrival. Charged travel time and charged 2 hours @$90/he for 30 minutes of work. We were told they would be coming on the 23--- No Show No Call and once we did make contact we were told they were closed for the holiday. Wouldn't waste my time with this company!!! Beware!!!!!
