I’m a relatively new customer. All I can say is they’re very good when they show up but they do stick to a schedule. I started using their services in April and had to remind them to come to my location. I paid up front in May for 2 cuts and a fertilizer treatment. The both of which have not been completed and no contact was made for when they would finish. They do a good job when they are there but are not reliable. I cannot recommend them.

Izzy was able to work on our yard, a day early. He was easy to contact via text. They were quick, and got our yard set up for spring as far as the bushes go.

2. He was punctual.
3. Produced a written estimate on the spot. We accepted his offer.
4. Izzy was allegededly to come today, 8/28 between 8 and 9.
5. He never showed up, never called.
6. Izzy never answered or returned our calls.
