Our dedicated team at Chain of Lakes Animal Clinic strives to provide top level medical care and customer service. We try to provide fearLESS visits for your pet and convenience for you! We offer microchipping, vaccines tailored for your pet's lifestyle, in house pharmacy with the option to receive long term medications shipped to your home, an in house laboratory, digital radiology (x-rays), and surgery services.
There are many reasons to have your pet spayed (for females, aka ovariohysterectomy) or neutered (for males, aka castration). For dogs, the typical age for spaying or neutering is approximately 6-7 months of age. For large breed dogs, this recommendation may change. Please consult your veterinarian for individual advice for your pet.

So my dog (Arthur) has been through quite a few experiences in his life that could've killed him, and he's been resilient both physically and mentally. We all are partial to our own fur babies, of course, and while I don't expect anybody to love him like I do, it makes SUCH a huge difference when I go to a veterinarian that is attentive and perceptive. Arthur can be sometimes frustratingly stoic, so he hasn't always gotten the treatment he needed right away, but when I went to Chain of Lakes Animal Clinic to try to understand why he wasn't eating, they made me feel like my concerns were valid.

In our area of Orlando, people are always moving into the neighborhood and everyday there is a posting of someone looking for a reputable veterinarian to recommend. I always recommend Dr Angela Chessanek and her staff at Chain of Lakes. I have personally used two other vet offices in the area and did not get the same care and attention that her and her staff have given to me and my dog Remy. It’s the personal touch that makes her and the staff stand out from the rest. For an example, we had Remy neutered and the next morning first thing they called and checked on him to see how he was doing and

We love Chain of lakes. They have been so wonderful to us and our fur babies. Having the ability to communicate in a variety of ways has helped us feel better at our time of need when a pup isn’t well. We have had some health issues with one of our dogs and Dr Chesnik and team have always gone above and beyond to help us resolve the issue. Thank you everyone at Chain of Lakes Animal clinic!

Sirius Black (my husky) and I had a wonderful experience here! Very through and tentative, spent the time to read through his medical history (which I appreciated!). We tried to do blood work (which is always a challenge) and I appreciate they took the extra care not to stress him out too much. We're definitely going to take the time to visit so he's more comfortable and knows the space. And there are cute shops nearby so frequent visits shouldn't be too difficult!

Plan to take your time, they aren't in a rush but that's also a good thing. Keeps my cats calm and that keeps me calm. I love this place, they are always extremely nice and I actually enjoy taking my animals. (I will say it is a bit pricey though, I love this place and will continue to pay it...but still)

A huge thank you to all the ladies at Chain of Lakes Animal Clinic! They were so sweet and patient with my little man who is quite scared of going to the vet. They took their time, and with lots of positive reinforcement, we had a great visit! Plus, they let me come in the office to be with him, while most other places are not currently allowing it! Everything was very clean and safe for both animals and people in this scary time. I was so impressed! We found our new office for sure!
