Had two different dentists. They were competent but not sure about their front desk insurance knowledge. Twice I was given a quote on a procedure that showed full insurance coverage for in network service. On the day of procedure, they quoted out of network balance but finally changed back to in network On my next procedure I was again q byuoted in network but while waiting for dentist , they informed me that they were not part of the net work. Hope this not a scam. I walked out. Now looking for new dentist

I had a very difficult situation with fitting my top and bottom dentures and Flawless Smile Dentistry in Broken Arriw, Ok pulled off the impossible to givee me the most amazing smile, my confidence back, and a lot of compliments daily about my smile. Went to them for exam about 1 month ago to get cost and what I wanted to get done then had appointment set was to get my permanent tooth done when got back to exam room to get started was very upset that was told they were not going to do this today it was on the list of things to get done 1st. Very poor communication in the office when they never… mentioned I had to pay before if that was the case they should have communicated this to me then I would not have had false expectations That what I was really wanting done wasn’t done very disappointing

LOVE this place! I have been to a few dentists and never really connected much. When I came here (based off reviews and their incredibly convenient times/days) I was blown away. They made an appointment quick, no waiting 6 months to snag one! They also were so kind and informative. After checking in they gave me a FULL tour of the location (WOW!)… There was no question were the bathroom was, where I would be receiving care, or who would be helping me! It was very straightforward and no downtime to the exam which was great! The facility was very clean. I later brought my 2 year old in and

This doctor and his staff could literally teach other offices what Customer Service is all about!! I have been coming to Dr. Torabi since 2013 and his staff has always treated me like I am the only patient they have. In addition, Iâve always been afraid of the dentist....Not with Dr. Torabi!! Iâve NEVER had any pain! Great office with great people! Go see them!

I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a flawless smile! They have taken care of me so well, they're not over priced like most places and treat you like royalty. Every time I leave here, I leave with the biggest smile on my face more and more and I never used to smile. Thanks to them I don't hide my smile anymore because they're making it beautiful again.

Dr. T and his staff are AMAZING!! I have a child on the autism spectrum and another with ADHD and the staff at Flawless Smile are great with them as well as they are great with me. They make sure all their patients are comfortable at all times. The staff treat everyone like family and are so friendly. Highly recommend!!!

The staff is one of the nicest and most honest I've encountered, they really try to help you and not just care about you being a paying customer or to get your money
I went with my husband to get two of his wisdom teeth out. When we got there we didn't really have to wait to be seen
Then I was having severe pain on a wisdom tooth while I was pregnant, I went to see them, they did a full consultation, and spent time analyzing my situation. They were honest, told me my case was complicated and referred me to another dentist that was more specialized

Dr. T, Dr.C and all the staff are awesome! They provide great dental care with a personal touch! The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable.
