Please do not use. They ripped my mother in law off and it has been two years ago. They have still not fixed the damage they caused to her house. Instead of making it right they just want to text her every so often wanting the rest of the money. Do not use because they are unprofessional, the quality of work is terrible and they will rip you off.

This company sent their workers to work on my neighbors house. Two of their workers moved my three trash bins from the collection area on the street on to my lawn just to be 10 feet closer. Well, the trash had not been collected yet. I asked to not move the trash bins and not to place them on my lawn because there was plenty of room for them to park their truck. The driver became arguementive and insisted he had to move my trash cans and park 10 feet closer.
Well, I called the company and Bob was quick to defend his workers and discount my account. My other neighbors were there and witnessed

Pin Roofing is a great Company to work with. Every time I called they were very friendly and helpful. Did not push the most expensive repair because it was not needed. All work was done on time and my Insurance company said it exceeded industry standards. I will not have to worry about my roof anymore.

I would not recommend this roofing company to anyone. They are very unprofessional. I contacted them and made an appointment with Richard (the owner) and he was a no show and didn't even bother to call. I called him the next day and he gave me an excuse and a bad attitude as if i was the one that didn't show up. Not nice Richard!

Mr. Pin or Richard showed up and gave me an estimate on a small job to repair 7 broken tiles. I called him the next day to hire him, but he complained I took too long to call him and he's booked for a month. I find that hard to believe. He told me to check with him in a few weeks. So I called him several times a few weeks later and he kept giving me excuses and told me he would call me back later to see if he could fit mine in between his other jobs, but he never did. Don't trust this guy. He's unprofessional. I don't recommend him at all.
