Dealing with company was frustrating because it took five weeks to get an engineering report that was supposed to come with drawings. After several attempts to get the report it came without the promised drawings that are required to get the building permit. Then, Majid, the principle, said that he never promised the drawings- which are required for the repair. Total waste of money.
