We recently bought our house a year and a half ago and had an issue with our furnace. Air Design did the original install so we reached out to them to have them take a look. The furnace was not working and this all happened in the middle of February so heating was a must. We called on a Saturday and the technician came out quickly. The tech took a look for 10-15min and said the issue was a power connector, he bent the connector to hopefully get a better connection had us pay $150 bucks, $120 just for coming to look and $30 to bend the connector, and left. 5 min after he left the furnace stopped

With contract my replacement of dual capacitor was $280 (this was with discount of $47.00) It took 15 mins, the part cost $24.99. 15 mins labor cost = $255.01 this means hourly labor rate with discount $1,020.04. You can change it yourself EXTREMELY EASY look at utube video What does everyone else think of this price? What is right about this?

We've been using air design for several years now. They always impress us. They are easy to get a hold of, easy to schedule with and they call if they are running late or early to check in with you. They stand by their services and products. They are priced well and don't try to sell you something new if a repair will fix your issue. They will really help you out too. We lost our A/C in July a couple of years ago during a heatwave. They came up with a temporary solution to keep us cool while we waited for our new unit to be installed. We love having Sean come - he's a fast worker and someone you

I couldn't be more grateful for the excellent service and honesty when dealing with Sean from Air Design. We were certain our furnace was toast (especially after hearing several of our neighbors with the same furnace had to replace theirs this year)! He found the issue with our furnace, which turned out to be a bad wire connection, and fixed it promptly and didn't overcharge. I'm extremely pleased, and incredibly impressed- its not often in the construction industry to find good, honest, reliable service. Many thanks!!!

Had a upright heater installed on its side 9 years ago. Started having a drain issue. I called and spoke with Lance and let them know what I discovered. He called me back in 10 minutes and told me they would install a new on the next day! Just don't see customer service like this anymore and the company just doing the right thing. Thanks for a job well done, very impressed! Hats off too a great install team that showed up and was done in 3 hours!!

Air Design installed a new Furnace and A/C in our new home. We have had nothing but problems since day 1 of… moving in. We noticed the Furnace was blowing cold air the first day we moved in. I called Air Design and they sent out a technician who reset the system and was back on his way. We had the technician out 3 more times before we were told that the furnace was not installed properly and they had to install more return because the system was overheating and was not designed properly for our home. We expected after this problem was solved we wouldn't have any more problems. We were wrong
