I had previously hired Mr. Vince Vyzas, Esq. on another matter for which he had brought about a quick and successful resolution. My business relocated from NYC to NJ and we used Vyzas & Associates to establish a new LLC in accordance to NJ law and absorb the old LLC. We worked with Vince who helped us navigate a system which is often not so friendly to the 'little guy'. Vince was also willing to speak with our accountant to be sure that we were on the right path with any tax implications for crossing the state line. Context: My original post included more information, but the firm sent me multiple letters of varying length claiming "defamation". This is an updated version, although I maintain the original was an honest representation of my experience. Law firms are subject to review just as any other business, and therefore I persist with my review.
Facts: I never met this firm. I never signed any binding agreement. I was never presented with clear hourly pricing. I was only asked for a retainer fee and contract.

We used this law firm to work up a partnership agreement for us. I worked with Tricia.
She was great to work with. We hit a billing issue which ultimately was resolved by Vince and his team.
We would recommend working with them as the legal advise was excellent and will hopefully continue to leverage their services if necessary.
