Dr. Kennedy is our lead dentist and owner of the practice. He has been working in dentistry for over forty years. Though he has a long record of experience and education, his motto is still "Seek to improve every day." He started his journey toward dentistry when he graduated from Meigs County High School in 1971.

I DO NOT LIKE GOING TO THE DENTIST. HOWEVER, with a talented, experienced, and friendly staff at dogwood dental, it really makes going to the dentist so much better. Doctor Muscari is the best! I will NEVER go anywhere else for my dental care. Every time I go there they remember me, and make me feel welcome. I had to have an extraction today and all I can say is WOW! I was only there for about 15-20 minutes and I was completely taken care of. They didn't rush the procedure, but they didn't drag their feet and waste my time. Thank you Dogwood Dental!

I have been going to this dentist office for 15 years. I refuse to go anywhere else. I honestly think this is probably the best dentist office in East Tennessee. They've never tried to scam me on my teeth. Always honest and upfront about there prices, and affordable prices I might add. I never spent more then 30-45 mins usually in there. That's why I go, there quick and know what there doing. Definitely recommend, everyone is always so friendly in the office. You can take your chances,and see if a dentist is "going to scam you out of your money" or you can go to Dogwood and there affordable, best

I have been going her since i was 5 years old. I am now 22 and never been disappointed. I love Jill and the two ladies who have been there since i was little. The teeth cleaning was amazingly thorough, even though I do keep my dental hygiene up..
The tech and dentist addressed all my concerns, made sure that I was informed of any procedures that need to be done, as well as making sure that information is promptly forwarded to the VA, so it can be done in a timely manner. This will ensure that no other problems will happen..
I highly recommend this dental practice.
