Friendly staff, but unsatisfied with the haircut. The fade is uneven, and the cut is worst than the ones I get at any barbershops. For $50, the result looks like a buzzcut from Supercuts. 😔
Location is convenient if you live in Coconut Grove and some of the staff speaks French. COVID-19 protocols are followed 🙌.

I want to thank the entire staff at H by H for such a wonderful experience! They were very accommodating of me and my husband's work schedule when making an appointment. From the moment you enter, it is a very welcoming environment. They have excellent Covid protocols and make your comfort a top priority, so you know you're safe and are in good hands. I was lucky enough to have Edgar bless my hair the other day! He did a gorgeous balayage and cut that I'm absolutely in love with. Came in here for a bang trim before a job interview and a wedding I had this past weekend. I hadn't got my bangs cut in a while because we are still somewhat in a pandemic but it was still pretty obvious when I showed the man cutting my hair that I had straight across bangs, anyways, I found the salon to be unwelcoming. I found Hisham because he donated a gift card to a gala for adults with disabilities for the silent auction - and anyone who supports adults with disabilities needs to be supported by me! I won the silent auction and made an appointment with Hisham very quickly. I am so HAPPY with my haircut and blow out. Hisham is amazing ! He even fixed the bangs I cut myself which was a disaster! Do not waste time looking for anyone else because he is amazing and his staff is so kind. And everything is cleaned thoroughly so they are totally abiding by COVID expectations. Another successful CHOP done with Hisham :0) There are VERY few places I trust to get a shorter haircut and this one tops the list. For my first visit back to a salon after quarantine I couldn't see myself trusting anyone else.
They are doing a great job with COVID and are certainly back stronger than ever!!! Great product line (I hear that dry shampoo is coming!!!) and a great team that works together and makes you feel welcomed every single time !!

Went to this hair salon for the first time because my old hairdresser stopped working due to covid. I chose hair by Hisham because I have super thick, long hair and saw they had many photos of clients with a similar hair type. I was not disappointed, my stylist, Elias, was super friendly, conversational, gave the most AMAZING head massage while washing my hair, and cut my hair exactly how I wanted! The place was super clean too!

Elias is like an angel sent from heaven. I did the keratin complex with him and I think the picture speaks for itself. My hair is dry, thick, and super frizzy and he worked MAGIC. I still can't believe this is my hair! Believe me when I say wherever he goes I will follow him. He takes his time and makes sure you get top quality results. I've never felt so genuinely happy with my hair. I truly recommend him, he's super talented, sweet, and just amazing!! Thank you!!!

This was a very mediocre salon. I got highlights there a few years ago and they weren't well with following my direction and did it very stripey. It was not a personal experience and they are not a really "hip" or "trendy" salon and not good with the current hair trends. Very over priced for what it is. Most importantly, do NOT give them your email. It has been over three years and they consistently send me emails when I've called mulitple times and asked them to take me off the list. Very annoying. If you are looking for a balayage or trendy cut stay away! This salon

Found this place because of a friend on a whim! We wanted to get our hairs done for a wedding we are going to. I really appreciated the kindness of the people here because we "bargained" to get our hairs done.
They stuck to their word witb the price range we were given. No blow dry. Came in with clean hair. However, my stylist gave me a free blow dry regardless!! to prevent my hair from getting more frizzy in the humidity.
Regardless-- I enjoyed the casual conversation and the hospitality! Really clean salon too. Parking can be quite tough but was lucky to find one by the street on
