Ms Bartel is great and we love how she interacts with out 13 year old daughter. Not 5 star due to almost impossibility to reach her. Example, if need to cancel and reschedule an appt the phone number is rarely answered , goes to voice mail, but the kicker is you get a message telling the mail box is full. So it’s a pain Today we need to reschedule but can’t. Plus no published email address.
