Bios Report

Carol has been singing since the age of 3. She comes from a family of musicians and singers and calls her voice a gift to share. Carol feels it is a wonderful thing to make music and considers herself lucky to have these talents. Before coming to the Sacramento Area, Carol toured the SF Bay Area circuit in several R&B, Disco, Rock and Country bands since the early 1980s, including Final Warning and Gale Force.

The Groove Thang Band is awesome!!! They performed at our night of Music Under The Stars event and had folks on the dance floor throughout the evening except during dinner when they played jazz. Some members were requesting to have them back in the future.

Saw them at the Fourth of July celebration in Elk Grove park and they were wonderful!!!! Even though the fireworks were about to start the majority of the crowd stayed near the stage to watch the band! Music selection was on point.

Every party they perform at our estate is a hit! They are awesome people to work with and we could not ask for a better band to dance to. The dancing doesn't stop until they are finished for the evening. They are kind and considerate and low maintenance. They really only take small breaks and don't expect to be catered to. The music is off the charts. Thank you for making my 25th anniversary party so wonderful!!!!!!

Can I give 10 stars?!!!!! I cannot even begin to say how incredibly please I was with the Groove Thang. My husband's dad is a professionally musician who plays at weddings, his family owns a music shop, and we can just say that are a bit particular when it comes to music and wedding entertainment (WHICH I'M TOTALLY FINE WITH!!).

We looked long and hard for the perfect band for our Lake Tahoe wedding. GTB was great for so many reasons on paper: did not charge a travel fee, 7 piece band with 2 techs, did not ask for a hotel room for the night, and rest set lists. We were even more impressed

They were awesome!!! Brides and grooms to be - contact John Espinoza and reserve them right away.

We just got married on Saturday, July 10th and Groove Thang was our band. John Espinoza is the Band's manager, and it was very easy to communicate with him. We found them at our friends' wedding reception which was held last year.

The Band just rocked the place - the dance floor was just full! Our guests had such a great time that they didn't even bother revisiting the bar (we returned so much alcohol to BevMo). Yeah - that good! Too bad that we had to shut down the place at
