I would highly recommend Mark Rappl. Mark helped me tremendously with my case. I am from Illinois and was not sure of who I was going to pick to work on my case, but I am glad I picked Mark. I had a criminal case in Seward, Nebraska. He advocated for me and was there each step of the way. His team was quickly responsive and professional. Mark Rappl went above and beyond what he needed to do. He wrote a 2 page letter to the judge for my boyfriend and not many attorneys would take that kind of time out of their day to help a person out like that. Mark Rappl has done an amazing job with my case, not only did he take up my charge which was driving under a revoked license but he also took on the challenge of 2 other cases which consisted of revoking my probation I couldn’t of asked for a better outcome nor a better lawyer to represent me in court, he went above and beyond even though my case looked like a lost cause, he kept me from a 4 year prison term along with a 15 year license revocation. I personally would recommend Mark to anyone who is in a tight situation and who needs a miracle, he most certainly made one happen for me, thank you

If you find yourself in a bind from cops lying or breaking the law themselves, or any other legal issues Mark and Tim are the ones to talk too! Always tell the police you want your attorney and never say anything to them. We all know the system is not fair but with attorneys like Mark and Tim there's hope!

With covid and everything being constantly pushed back he was very easy to work with and helped with planning dates around my schedule as well he could. I came to Mr. Rappl after I was charged with a something that would have been detrimental to my family and myself. Mark did everything he possibly could and fought tooth and nail with me and explained everything to me in great detail to explain what was going to happen/happening. He stood by my side throughout my whole case and assured me that I would be taken care of to the best of his abilities and in the end we won our case. I could not recommend hiring him more to have by your side because without Mr. Rappl I would not be where I am today and for that I am extremely grateful.

First of all, I want to thank Mark Rappl for a job well done! He was very professional and a straight shooter. I haven't had to deal with to many attorneys, but he is by far the best one I have used. You can tell he is very passionate about his career and it shows from start to finish! He really cares about your case as if he was fighting for one of his own. I have never given a google review but here is the thing; Mark Rappl is a top tier individual, his professionalism and understanding of law and your situation is unmatched. It felt like I wasn’t another case going through the motions, but a friend of his that he was trying to help out... and help out he did!
