Divine Spine is home to a team of brilliant chiropractors. We specialize in the treatment of the spine and the normalization of the nervous system flow. Utilizing NASA technology, we are able to analyze the entire spine and deliver gentle and effective adjustments without any twisting, popping, or sudden movements.
As Chiropractic Doctors, we are experts in musculoskeletal care. At Divine Spine, our main service is a chiropractic adjustment, and no one in Orange County offers chiropractic treatment like we do. Our chiropractic treatment is performed through EVA (Electronic Vertebral Alignment) system and occasionally through our hands.
Divine Spine's founder, Dr. Manjit Gauba, loved what Chiropractic Care had done for the health of his family and friends, especially his wife and children. He also recognized there were four fundamental problems with Chiropractic. It was scary for many consumers and not everyone could receive the care they needed in a comfortable fashion.

One of the first things I noticed when coming to the Yorba Linda office was how clean and professional the setting is. Staff is friendly and helpful. More importantly, Dr. Sawhney was gentle, kind, and knowledgeable about my condition. He was able to help me when I didn’t think it was possible. Thank you Divine Spine team!

Dr Sawannhy and His staff are the Best! He listened to my complaints and empathized with me and my problem. I suffered from Vertigo for almost a year before seeing him. He did an X ray and identified a Neck mis alignment which was possibly causing the Vertigo.... He uses a high Tech machine for the treatments and there is no pain or discomfort.
30 treatments later and the problem is corrected and Vertigo Gone! I highly recommend Divine Spine, especially if you have Vertigo!

This place has saved me! I had a bad adjustment with a different chiro and they basically caused a bunch of nerve issues and pain. I decided to come here and give it a try to get my body back to normal and I can honestly say I'm almost 95% better after just a few months at divine spine! If you have nerve issues come here!!

I've been plagued with neck pain since an accident in my early 20's. I've sought out chiropractic care over the decades, sometimes driving hours to get to a trusted practioner, yet I was always "nervous" about the "CRACK" when it came time to do my already painful neck. The most advanced chiropractic treatment! Not those traditional popping and cracking which was always the reason for me to stay away from chiro treatments. The staff here is super friendly and helpful Sara Peyton and Nicole. Dr Sawhney is very knowledgeable. You will get your X ray to see the resulta and progress of how your spine is doing. The facility is very clean. They clean after every patient so you are safe. There will be videos of exercise you can do at home that they will email you. I have been going here for a year already and will continue to go
