I called Kinards to go by and pick up a copy of all her record right. Well they told me she should have had gotten her shots. In May omg I was so upset embarrassed and upset that she was so late for the shots it really threw me. NOT THE GALS who work at Kinards they were all col calm collected got me in that same day and also prepared me for the cost. That day could have been horrible but Kinards sure did a great job all the way around that day. Also the Doctor., Dr. Sullivan was so easy to relate too and dow do work. Thank you

The place has only been open 2 weeks at the Durst Avenue location and it is already flea infested. My new puppy was clean before we walked in there. I had an appointment for 330 PM and I was not called back until 405 pm. Two people walked in with pets without an appointment and they were seen before us. They expect me to return in 2 weeks for my puppy Kya's third ser of shots but I will not return there. They charge you $40 for just walking in the door "just in case " we may need something, which we didn't. I prefer my Vet Dr. Herron with Southeastern Pet Vac out of Anderson SC. He Travels to your

I came in with my cat Lei Lei, who was in critical condition. She was in heart failure. The Vet and the staff went above and beyond to help my cat and to help me through the process. I had my cat cremated and the poem, the certificate to Rainbow Bridge and clay paw print of my baby's paw was the sweetest gesture and just what I needed to help me through the grieving process. They get a 5 star in my book and I'd recommend them to EVERYONE!

I had an appointment with them at 330 pm and I was not called back UNTIL 405 pm because they let 2 people without an appointment jump ahead of me. They didn't have dire emergencies etc. No employee communication to inform me that I had been pushed back UNTIL I inquired about why I hadn't been called back for the exam for my puppy. Then they blamed it on few techs working. The biggest problem with the Facility was flea infestation. My puppy had never scratched before walking in there. I had to bring her home to bath immediately. I bought frontline plus. It helped some but she's still scratching

Took great emergency care of our Maddux. Answered all questions and was available for any concerns. I didn't like how I felt like I was frequently having to decide quickly about add on purchases... such a ointment that was very costly, to discover it was simply a glycerine based ointment. I felt like I was having to justify not making additional purchases. This happened a few times. Other than that, the care was top notch.

We love Kinards Animal Hospital because of the loving care that each and every staff member gives. From the moment you walk in the door until you leave, your pet gets excellent care. Dr. Eichelberger and Dr. Sullivan are knowledgeable and thorough Veterinarians. What we like the most is that they take their time and they answer all of your questions. We would highly recommend them.
