They provide our company brochures and business cards which always come out better than expected. I work on the initial artwork myself, but the guys make recommendations when I have an off day, so I can correct before they go to production.
Ed has been my go-to for years and is excellent with material recommendations for the right look and feel, and Jim is solid on pre-production service, always quick with his design proof and amendment work.

As a self-employed artist who pays the bills for my family by selling art prints at conventions, it is of the utmost importance to produce the absolute best-looking work I can for my clientele -- both design-wise and quality-wise. Design-wise, I could always use a lot of improvement! However, the amazing printing quality of Trinity Press's services and top-of-the-line small and large format printers always make my artwork look much better than it is! ;) The colors are always vivid and rich and make everything pop. They spoil me with how much ink they use per print!

You could not pay me to do business with these people. I'm sure they do good work, but their lack of professionalism and common courtesy leaves much to be desired. My daughter and fiancee contacted them to get a quote for some Save the Date announcements. Their first response was "you cannot afford us". As someone who managed Customer Service for a global company for 25 years I can tell you that a response like that is 100% unacceptable. There are plenty of companies out there eager to get the business and that do a comparable job, and that will be much more professional and nicer

I had a fairly simple order to do and was looking around for quotes to see how much it would cost to do this order and everywhere else that I called wanted to charge me an arm and a leg. Then I happened on Trinity Press on Yelp. I gave them a call and Joe gave me a quote I honestly couldn't believe. I had to reconfirm with him twice thinking that he MUST have written something down wrong, but to my surprise it was exactly what I needed. The customer support at Trinity Press was superb!
Within 15 minutes I was able to get my file uploaded and everything

Joe and his team are my "go to guys". They are a delight to work with and their prices are SUPER competitive.
I first had Trinity Press print some business cards for us earlier this year. The work was superb. Joe knows his stuff and is great with suggestions and finding us exactly what we want.
I now go to them for everything from business cards to inserts for our packages to Christmas cards.
