How in the world do you hand a pdf of an invitation, completed and ready to go- and when you come to pick it up, they took and completely changed it around and even added a wonderful misspelling. why change anything? colors are off and to top it off there's yellow splotches all over a large handful of them indicating either a messed up toner cartridge, or a dirty drum. the cuts were sloppy and the edges of a handful of them are frayed. text alignment is off, the text shouldn't even have been messed with but they completely retyped it up in a worse font with the spacing all messed up. to add insult

The staff is wonderfully friendly, and I enjoy speaking with them whenever I’m picking up an order. Their prices are very reasonable, and they offer digital, scree, and large format printing.
