Here at Oklahoma Ink, we go to great lengths to ensure all orders are filled accurately, on time, and of the highest quality.
Accordingly, Oklahoma Ink accepts returns and will refund payment if/when customers are disappointed by Oklahoma Ink merchandise for one of the following reasons: (a) the blank items themselves are materially flawed; (b) the quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing or embroidery) is below a reasonable range of expectations; or (c) the design of the final product is materially different from the final design submitted by the customer.

I threw out the idea of a parent shirt for my son's baseball team to their office manager and in less than 12 hours she had sent me a link for me to forward on to the team for easy ordering. I looked like the hero. They beat my deadline, even reminded me to remind the parents before ordering shut down and production started—literally had me covered through the whole process. The experience was so much more than some t-shirts.

Designer here! I've worked with over half a dozen shops and all are hard to deal with in one area or another; the print quality, turnaround time, communication on a job...Not these guys though. I give them a date and they have my shirts ready for me to pick up DAYS before. I email and forget to follow up by phone, they normally call me to confirm a detail I've overlooked. They truly are the best in the biz!

I have ordered shirts from them in the past and they have been great. I recently ordered two identical shirts and a sweatshirt from this company, but when I picked up my order, I had three identical shirts and no sweatshirt. The program I bought the items through said there was nothing they could do so I would have to call Oklahoma Ink. I did just that. The customer service person said they already closed out the order in their accounting department on the program's order. I would have to either sell the extra shirt to someone or simply keep it because I was NOT getting a refund nor the sweatshirt
