As a social worker for over 30 years, Catherine's personal speciality is treating adult women in outpatient counseling. She specializes in treating depression and anxiety and mood disorders including postpartum depression and hormone induced depressive disorders. She has vast experience treating post-traumatic stress disorders due to trauma including incest, sexual abuse, rape and abortion.
Kimberly is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Illinois and joined Catherine Hunter and Associates after earning her degree and license in professional counseling. She has a deep desire to come alongside clients in their pursuit of health and wholeness - body, soul, and spirit.

Caitlin is a 2018 graduate of Grand Valley State University with a double major in English and Education, and a minor in Elementary Education. Growing up, Caitlin was always her mother's technology wizard. Caitlin's degree in English and familiarity and ease with social media and technology has benefited the practice in significant ways throughout the years.
Chester is a golden retriever born in 2014 and registered with the American Kennel Club. He weighs 72 pounds and his parents are Tucker (Rosewood Tucked at the Beach) and Scout (Looking for Love/Sweet Chardonnay) from Breezewood Kennel in Lemont, Illinois. Chester is a loving and eager dog who is always looking to make new friends.
Our practice is offering a new therapy group to support women who are suffering trauma associated with having an abortion. Group members will follow the stories and experiences of these women and in addition, benefit from the teaching of Christian counselors and authors as they help these women process steps of emotional and spiritual healing.
