Tim Caputo is the Owner and Head Coach at One Life Fitness and Nutrition. Tim has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and has worked with dozens of NFL athletes during this time. Tim's mission is to help people improve their overall quality of life and health through strategic exercise and nutrition coaching.
Tim is certified as a CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Level 2, Kettlebell and Olympic Weightlifting trainer. In addition, He is a National Health Educator Level 3 Master Trainer. Tim earned his Bachelor's in Nutrition Science from Long Island University in 2011. Following graduation, Tim decided to open his own health and wellness facility.

Each day you'll do a challenging workout that combines the most effective fitness methods. Your classmates will keep you accountable and make working out fun. Group training keeps you motivated and working hard while working with a coach keeps you safe and injury-free. It's a win-win, but don't take our word for it; let your results do the talking.
Personal training is the most effective way to transform your body in the least amount of time. Your personal coach will build you a custom plan and hold you accountable every step of the way. There are 168 hours in a week. Most people spend less than 3% of their time in the gym. For most people, the key to building to a "dream body" is controlling their eating habits outside of the gym. Our nutrition programs can help you overhaul your lifestyle and get you results much faster than training alone.
One Lifes Youth Core Strength & Conditioning Programs' purpose is to build confidence, reduce injuries, and improve health! It would be nice if we could protect our children from everything that life throws at them, but we can't. The best thing that we can do is make them strong and confident!

Tim, Emily, Jon, Jerry, Patti, and Arthur are the BEST. The One Life team is dedicated to working with their clients to achieve their personal health goals regardless of fitness level. The trainers are very patient... and most importantly, great instructors! I've made significant progress in the 3 months I've been training at One Life and look forward to advancing my fitness routine in 2022. Oh... and it's tons of FUN.

This gym is awesome. What makes it special are the members. Everyone encourages each other. The coaching is very detailed and they look out for your health and wellness. I can’t say enough about Patti and Jon. They also have a new coach named Joe, he was a member and now he’s a coach. He’s doing a great job. Keep up the good work guys. Highly recommend

There is so much I could say about One Life. The coaches there are compassionate knowledgeable and supportive. This gym is for EVERYONE! They all do an incredible job explaining ( and re-explaining) every aspect of the workouts. There is no pressure to perform at any level but your own. You are in a small group of supportive individuals who all want to do their own personal best. When I first started I was so nervous, afraid I wasn’t going to fit in or be able to keep up but I was wrong! The people have all been so welcoming and helpful. We all support and cheer each other on. The apps they use

I joined One Life Fitness several years ago after suffering from terrible back pain/issues for many years. Since joining and going on a regular basis my back issues have improved dramatically, from only lasting hours to days compared to weeks and months.
I really enjoy the atmosphere and tone of the classes that the coaches instill and the camaraderie I share with other gym members. Classes remind of the days playing team sports.
The coaches never push you beyond your limits, in fact the opposite is true and they always make sure to modify or substitute exercises that may cause you any discomfort

We joined One Life during the pandemic with some trepidation. I was worried about the risks, and was previously wasn’t sure cross fit is for me from past experiences. This gym though is different, everyone have been welcoming and attentive, and the gym does require all to adhere to COVID safety protocol, mask wearing and social distancing. The coaches are great and very friendly. Highly recommend.

I found myself in a rut after boxing for many years, but I couldn’t find a workout as effective until now. After one session at One Life Fitness & Nutrition, I knew I found what I was looking for. The atmosphere is fun and positive. The trainers and members are a part of a community. The trainers make sure you are doing the exercises properly, to avoid injury and to maximize performance. This is probably my favorite part of this gym. I’m able to get everything out of every workout and go home pain free (plenty sore though!). In only two months I already see new muscle definition in my body
