Do you want an agency that answers your call on the first ring? How about an agent that takes the time to explain EVERY line of the quoted policies and encourages you to ask questions for clarity? Where are you on saving money? Lastly, who doesn't want to feel like their agent's most important customer when you have a claim?

Kelly Motter and the entire team at this branch of State Farm are top notch. I’ve referred multiple friends and family members to Kelly because I know she will treat them like her own family and friends. She is incredibly knowledgeable, as prompt as you’ll find, and always willing to go the extra mile (literally she has come to our home before), and stay the extra hour (she’s stayed late for us multiple times) to keep her customers satisfied.

Faith”from this agency called me at my request, to go over my insurance needs. Outstanding seems to fall short in describing these calls; 100% professional, yet had a sense of humor that put me at easy. Not pushy or hard sell. What ever I asked, which may have seemed dumb she provided an answer for, immediately, making me feel important. If I owned this agency, I would definitely want Faith in my team. Outstanding? She was so much better than that!!!

My husband and I have been with the same insurance company for 14 years. Our rates continued to increase and when I questioned the reason, I never got a real answer. So I reached out to State Farm for a quote. I spoke with Faith. She was amazing!!! Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. She was able to answer all of our questions and get us the coverage that we needed for all of our vehicles. She also put us in line with life insurance, which is something that we have been wanting to do but unsure on how to do so! We are very satisfied with our experience and glad that we made the switch
