Dr. Winah Gallagher has been a dentist for more than 30 years. She received her first doctor of dentistry degree at Trisakti University School of Dentistry in Jakarta, Indonesia. She then received a 2nd doctor of dental medicine degree (D.M.D.) from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1996.
