Matthew W. Chapel earned his law degree from Case Western Reserve University's Franklin Thomas Backus School of Law in 1995 and launched his legal career, mainly in insurance defense of municipalities and public officials in Ohio including law enforcement officers. As House Counsel, Matt expanded his legal practice in 1998 to practice in Indiana.

Matt doesn't care and has no heart! He was paid 10,000 from his client for a case to help . Matt took our money and got paid from Huntington County to over look an important part of the case. He was paid by Huntington country to not fight the charge and act like he was helping his client anyways. Which it would of helped his client with many years! Instead he took the money and going to let his client sit in prison for 30 years. This was so wrong and I hope you don't ever have to be in this situation with Matt .
