I have been a patient of Dr. Heller's for many years.
This current location is his second one in Rockville Centre that I have gone to. This current office, as was the last one, is always immaculate. It feels good to walk into a clean and tidy business. With the pandemic looming, he has taken even more stringent measures. Temperature checks, hand sanitizer and more protective gear is the rule of thumb here.
He and his staff have always been professional and treat my family and I with respect. He has always explained each procedure he needed to perform. I can be a handful with my hundreds

I'm an adult now but when I was a 16 year old girl, dr. Heller told me I had 4 cavities and he wanted to fill them.
I went for a second opinion and it turns out I had no cavities. My dad asked for my x-rays at that time, and he could not reproduce them.
I'm now 30 and in the medical field- x-rays and notes must be kept on file for 7 years (or for pediatrics 21 years old), which was not the case here. He could have been sued for this.

Convinced me I had 4 cavities. It was years ago. Told me to come back and he would drill out the other side and do the other cavities. My right side has never been the same and I can hardly eat certain food. It’s been a horrible few years. Immediately after he butchered my teeth I went to my friends father who is an awesome dentist and was told the other side is perfect. He literally destroyed my teeth for no reason. I had perfect teeth before this guy ruined them. I wish I could sue him for everything he has. If anyone goes to this guy you are risking Permanent damage that can never be fixed

It had been 3+ years since my last dentist visit, so Dr Heller had his work cut out for him! Despite needing several cavities filled and a crown, Dr Heller made the process smooth and I am quickly back to normal! His attitude is always upbeat and I never had to wait for my appointments. His assistant Elsie was also great and so friendly. I’ll have no problem making sure I get checked up every 6 months.

My family and I have used Dr. Heller in the past. He is a nice enough dentist....a few funny incidents over the years with payment, not the best bedside manner, etc. We recently switched to a different dentist because our insurance let us and we weren't happy with the treatments we were receiving. I've since been to a new doctor who has rave reviews and I've learned that I have extensive dental problems because of the work that Dr. Heller performed on me. I now have to have surgery to correct his mistakes. He would never really explain why he was doing anything and he believed

Dr. Heller is a fantastic dentist who is always willing to take the time to answer any questions I have. He is always thorough in his cleanings and never rushes a visit when I have questions. Dr. Heller always runs on time, but never hesitates if I am a few minutes late due to traffic. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Heller, especially considering most people don't enjoy visiting the dentist, he makes the process very easy.
